Check In: Everyone using the facility, both members and non members/guests are required to check in at the front desk.

Cancellation Policies:

Programs: 6 hours prior permitted to cancel

Court Rentals: 24 hours permitted to cancel

Lessons: 24 hours permitted to cancel

For Lessons and Court Rentals: club credits are granted with a 24 hour cancellation notice. No credit is given for "late cancel" with less than 24 hours notice.

No Show Policy:

What constitutes a no show? 20 or more minutes late to a session.

If you accumulate 3 no-shows within a 10-day period, Robbinsville Pickle House will temporarily suspend your booking privileges for 3 days.

1st No Show: Reminder - Email Notification

2nd No Show: Warning - Email Notification

3rd No Show: Penalty - Email Notification and Suspension of Booking Privileges
